Gender Equality Policy: our commitment and concrete actions

From policy to everyday practice: six strategic pillars and initiatives across the full professional life cycle in Abiogen Pharma

The quality of an organization is also measured by its ability to value people and guarantee equal opportunities for growth. With this in mind, Abiogen Pharma has adopted a Gender Equality Policy in line with UNI/PdR 125:2022, recognizing diversity as a driver of innovation and as an integral part of its corporate culture.

The Policy is implemented through a structured strategy that involves all stages of the professional life cycle: selection and recruitment, career management, pay equity, parenting and care, work‑life balance, prevention of abuse and harassment, internal and external communication. Senior Management, together with the Steering Committee and a dedicated System Manager, is committed to monitoring objectives and results, acting on the six pillars defined by UNI/PdR 125:2022: culture and strategy, governance, HR processes, opportunities for women’s growth and inclusion, gender pay equity, protection of parenthood and work‑life balance.

This pathway turns Gender Equality from a formal document into a concrete lever to build, every day, an inclusive and fair work environment that cares for people’s wellbeing, in line with Abiogen Pharma’s values and vision.
